This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager in India.
In this role, you will lead the development and evolution of innovative interviewing solutions that help organizations make fair, data-driven hiring decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Science, Sales, and Customer Success, to translate customer insights and research into actionable product strategies. This position requires balancing user empathy with data-driven decision-making, driving impactful initiatives that enhance usability, adoption, and measurable outcomes. Accountabilities:
· Define and execute strategies to expand product capabilities and increase adoption of interviewing solutions.
· Conduct data analysis, customer research, and behavioral studies to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
· Perform competitive analysis to uncover differentiated product opportunities and expand market share.
· Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define high-quality product requirements.
· Manage the full product lifecycle, from opportunity assessment to execution, ensuring impactful releases aligned with business goals.
· Partner with IO Psychology and Science teams to embed evidence-based methodologies into product design.
· Align closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure effective go-to-market strategies and messaging.
Requirements
· 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering impactful SaaS or HR technology products.
· Strong analytical skills, with experience in experimentation and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
· Familiarity with AI-driven product development.
· Deep curiosity about users, with a proven ability to identify and articulate non-obvious customer needs.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align diverse teams and stakeholders.
· Technical fluency with an understanding of modern web application architectures.
· Knowledge of structured interviewing, IO psychology, or talent assessment practices is a plus.
· Growth mindset—open to feedback, adaptable, and motivated by continuous learning.
