Product Manager - Reconciliations Team (Remote - Europe)

This role offers the opportunity to shape and drive the strategy for a high-impact reconciliation platform used in global payment operations. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate customer needs into innovative features and products. The position focuses on delivering measurable outcomes, optimizing platform performance, and ensuring a seamless experience for users. You will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch while influencing P&L decisions. The environment is fully remote, dynamic, and data-driven, providing autonomy and the chance to make a tangible impact in a fast-growing fintech space.

Accountabilities:

• Define and communicate the long-term vision and product strategy for the reconciliation platform.
• Identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities to enhance the platform.
• Manage product development from ideation through delivery and go-to-market launch.
• Prioritize initiatives for the engineering team, balancing high-impact activities with continuous improvement.
• Own the platform’s P&L, working closely with finance to drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Leadership, Marketing, Business Development, and Account Management to ensure alignment and impact.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, with a track record of delivering impactful products.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, or other data tools.
• Experience building or managing analytics or data-driven products is highly desirable.
• Exceptional product sense and ability to create intuitive, high-value user experiences.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic, detail-oriented, and able to balance creativity with execution to solve complex problems.
• Fluent in English.
