We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead stablecoin-related initiatives in a fast-paced financial technology environment. This role requires balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility while managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality products that scale efficiently and meet regulatory standards. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic settings, leverages data-driven insights, and continuously iterates to optimize product performance. You will also influence product strategy, improve internal processes, and explore emerging technologies to enhance customer and partner experiences. Your work will have a direct impact on product adoption, business growth, and innovation in digital finance.

Accountabilities:

• Own and manage the product lifecycle for stablecoin initiatives, defining product objectives, priorities, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions efficiently.
• Use data, research, and feedback to inform product decisions, optimize performance, and prioritize development efforts.
• Apply a hypothesis-driven approach to product development, including A/B testing, experimentation, and iteration.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product features, user experience, and internal workflows, driving continuous improvement.
• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to validate ideas, resolve challenges, and ensure transparency.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmaps by synthesizing insights from market trends, customer needs, and internal metrics.

• 8+ years of professional experience, including financial services or management consulting with a focus on fintech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach and bias toward action.
• Proven ability to translate product strategy into actionable plans, including requirements, prioritization, and go-to-market execution.
• Experience with hypothesis-driven development, agile methodologies, and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
• Commercially minded, with an understanding of financial and business levers impacting product decisions.
• Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI, data platforms, and fintech infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Banking-as-a-Service, embedded finance, or blockchain is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or graduate degree preferred but not required.
