In this role, you will help shape the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative software products that empower home service professionals to manage and grow their businesses. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build intuitive and impactful solutions that streamline operations and enhance user experience. The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, balancing customer needs with business objectives to drive measurable growth. Accountabilities:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives and customer insights.
  • Conduct user research, data analysis, and market studies to identify growth opportunities and optimize product adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, product marketing, and operations to develop and validate impactful solutions.
  • Support design and engineering teams in developing prototypes, wireframes, and functional requirements.
  • Lead product launches, ensuring smooth execution, performance tracking, and post-launch iteration.
  • Plan and communicate roadmap updates, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing metrics, collecting feedback, and implementing data-driven enhancements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven knowledge of agile methodologies, UX principles, and product lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with growth tools such as Amplitude, Segment, Braze, or LaunchDarkly.
  • Understanding of go-to-market enablers such as payments, subscriptions, and loyalty programs.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for user experience and a deep sense of customer empathy.
