As a Product Manager focused on Data Operations, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering solutions that enhance the reliability and observability of data and AI systems. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and customers to translate complex operational pain points into actionable product improvements. This role offers the opportunity to drive end-to-end impact, from defining product capabilities to measuring adoption and engagement. You will leverage analytics and customer feedback to prioritize features and initiatives, working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment that values innovation, curiosity, and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, has a strong technical understanding of data systems, and is motivated to make a tangible impact on enterprise-scale products.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers, to define and deliver product features that improve data and AI observability.
  • Engage with customers to understand operational workflows, pain points, and needs, translating them into actionable product requirements.
  • Use product analytics and customer feedback to prioritize features, measure adoption, and iterate on product improvements.
  • Own impact metrics, tracking engagement with alerts, reporting, and resolution workflows to ensure meaningful outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with marketing, sales, and customer success to maximize adoption and effectiveness of product initiatives.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communicate product vision, strategy, and progress across internal teams.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in product management or adjacent fields (e.g., software engineering, sales engineering, or analytics).
  • Experience with technical SaaS products or a strong interest in data and AI infrastructure.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive projects forward independently.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to prioritize, iterate, and measure impact.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple functions.
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset, eager to learn from senior PMs and engineers and develop product craft.
  • Remote-friendly, based in the Americas.
