Product Manager APP & API Platform (Remote - US)

In this high-impact role, you will define and drive the vision for a shared App and API platform that underpins multiple B2B SaaS products. You will work closely with engineering, client services, and product teams to ensure scalability, usability, and alignment across the product ecosystem. Your efforts will empower product teams to innovate faster by providing robust, standards-based platform capabilities. You will gather client and stakeholder feedback, prioritize initiatives based on business objectives, and track key metrics to guide iterative product improvements. Accountabilities:

• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for the App & API Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, QA, and product teams to deliver scalable, reusable platform components.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather feedback across product pods, client services, and partner teams.
• Track product metrics, analyze performance data, and implement iterative improvements to drive platform adoption and impact.
• Identify potential barriers to success and adapt strategies to maximize value and profitability.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and client success teams to ensure platform capabilities deliver continuous value to customers.

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience building and scaling B2B SaaS solutions, ideally in FinTech or related industries.
• Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps, incorporating competitive analysis, financial modeling, and user feedback.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, design systems, API-driven SaaS platforms, and scalability strategies.
• Experience with Agile development practices, Jira, and creating user stories and sprint plans.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentations); SQL/Python experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services industries is advantageous.
