This role is ideal for a strategic and creative communications leader who thrives on shaping executive messaging and driving alignment across complex, fast-moving organizations. As Principal Program Manager, Communications, you will lead executive communications for the Chief Product & Technology Officer, translating vision into compelling narratives that inform, inspire, and connect teams. You will partner closely with leadership to ensure clarity, consistency, and engagement across internal audiences, guiding storytelling that drives impact and action. This position combines strategy, content creation, and influence, requiring a professional who can balance big-picture thinking with meticulous execution. Your work will directly enhance organizational alignment, culture, and understanding of product and technology initiatives. You will also mentor leaders in effective communication and support cross-functional collaboration to maximize message impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain a cohesive communications strategy that aligns product and technology initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Lead executive communications for the Chief Product & Technology Officer, including all-hands updates, leadership messages, and product launches.
  • Craft compelling narratives, speeches, keynotes, and written materials that reflect authentic executive voice.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Communications, Marketing, PR, and People) to amplify messaging impact.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on storytelling, messaging, and presence in high-impact settings.
  • Translate complex strategies, technical updates, and organizational changes into accessible, inspiring communications.
  • Ensure messaging cascades effectively across teams, building clarity, confidence, and engagement.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience in executive communications, strategic storytelling, or related roles, ideally within high-growth or technology-driven organizations.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats, including speeches, narratives, and digital content.
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives with discretion, empathy, and strategic acumen.
  • Strong understanding of technology, product development, and innovation narratives; experience with AI or SaaS communications is a plus.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing quickly, balancing creativity with clarity and precision.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for research, creativity, and content development.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and resilient under pressure, with strong cross-functional influence.
