The Principal Product Manager will lead strategic initiatives focused on user onboarding, activation, and product-led growth. You will design and optimize experiences that accelerate time-to-value for customers, leveraging AI and data-informed decision-making to drive measurable outcomes. This role operates at a high level, partnering closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, AI, data, and go-to-market to define the roadmap and deliver impactful product experiences. You will influence executives and stakeholders, lead experimentation and conversion optimization, and ensure the organization achieves critical business goals. The ideal candidate combines deep product expertise with strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead strategy and roadmap for activation, onboarding, and growth product initiatives.
  • Define end-to-end onboarding and expansion experiences, using AI and product-led growth principles to accelerate customer time-to-value.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, AI, data, and GTM teams to iterate on in-app experiences and contextual upsell features.
  • Identify friction points across activation and attach funnels, using data and customer insights to prioritize improvements.
  • Design, run, and analyze experiments to test hypotheses and improve conversion metrics.
  • Communicate vision, strategy, and progress clearly to leadership and stakeholders to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Ensure alignment across teams, driving execution against measurable outcomes and shared goals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS environments.
  • Proven ownership of growth, onboarding, or activation funnels with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and optimize product experiences (SQL experience is a plus).
  • Hands-on operator capable of defining strategy, validating hypotheses, and delivering results quickly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with experimentation, conversion optimization, and defining success metrics.
  • Preferred: Experience launching or optimizing AI-powered features.
