In this position, you will be responsible for supporting our Portuguese-speaking customers as they navigate our advanced streaming platform. Your troubleshooting skills and customer service expertise will create a positive experience for users while addressing their inquiries. Join us in transforming the streaming experience!

Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to Portuguese-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with inquiries regarding account management, subscription details, and platform issues.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with your team to uphold exceptional customer satisfaction standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep up with platform updates and features.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required. Please indicate your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Genuine interest and passion for technology and providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or a technical role is a plus but not mandatory!
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
