In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring that each interaction is positive and satisfactory. Your Responsibilities

• Provide superb customer support to Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels.

• Fluency in Dutch is required; proficiency in English is advantageous. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to assist customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
