Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to Swedish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with inquiries about account management, subscription details, and streaming challenges.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.

• Participate in ongoing training to remain updated on platform features and enhancements.
