As a Partnership Enablement Specialist at Riverside Insights, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our sales team to succeed. You will lead onboarding, maintain and update product and go-to-market training, oversee certifications, and deliver impactful resources through roleplays and coaching. Your mission is to ensure every seller—new and tenured—has the tools, training, and confidence to position Riverside’s solutions effectively, follow core sales processes, and reinforce our commitment to unlocking potential for educators and learners.
In this role you will get to:
- Design and implement a standardized onboarding program.
- Develop and maintain product and go-to-market training resources, delivering at least two sessions per quarter.
- Create and manage certification programs for product knowledge and sales processes, achieving top pass rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with product launches and GTM strategies.
- Facilitate sales roleplays and coaching sessions to improve field readiness and MEDDPICC proficiency.
- Build scalable training materials and e-learning resources for ongoing seller development.
- Partner with RevOps, GTM Teams, Product, Legal, and Product Marketing to streamline processes and ensure smooth handoffs.

Requirements
- 3+ years in external Sales Enablement or similar
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC preferred)
- Expertise in onboarding design, product/process training, and certification programs
- Skilled facilitator and coach with experience in roleplays and scoring rubrics
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), NetSuite, and LMS platforms
- Ability to create scalable training materials and e-learning content
- Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing GTM strategies
- Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset focused on seller success
Physical Requirements
- Remote
- Up to 10% travel for off-site team meetings
- May require stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods
