This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Partner Audit Remediation Program Manager in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage partner audit remediation programs within a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. The Partner Audit Remediation Program Manager will oversee enterprise audit activities, assess partner adherence to legal, ethical, and contractual standards, and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve compliance issues, provide guidance on best practices, and report on remediation performance to leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in auditing, risk management, and stakeholder communication. This remote position allows you to operate independently while contributing to a global strategy that ensures consistent partner performance. Strong analytical abilities, project management experience, and a proactive approach are essential to succeed in this role.
Accountabilities:
- Oversee enterprise audit activities related to partner adherence to compliance and ethical standards.
- Review partner audits to assess conformity with agreements, regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with partners to address compliance issues and implement corrective action plans.
- Track and follow up on audit findings to ensure completion of remediation actions and required approvals.
- Provide guidance to partners on regulatory changes, industry best practices, and process improvements.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates to leadership on partner remediation performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen audit processes and partner compliance programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) are preferred.
- Experience in risk management, compliance program development, and project management is advantageous.
- Prior experience conducting internal, vendor, or partner audits is a plus.
