We are now looking for a Paid Media Analyst to join our Paid Media team. This role is the backbone of our reporting and ad operations, ensuring every upload, campaign, and performance report is accurate and delivered on time. You will support both the Paid Media and Retention teams by keeping data clean, organized, and actionable so that our strategists can make smarter, faster decisions.

The Mission
Provide essential Paid Media and Reporting support by managing Meta ad uploads, campaign data, and performance tracking with speed and accuracy. You will be the backbone that keeps Freebird’s ad operations running seamlessly, ensuring every number, tracker, and insight is rock solid.
What You’ll Do
Ad Operations
- Review and upload 40 to 50 Meta ads per day across Facebook and Instagram with zero errors
- QA copy, tracking links, and naming conventions for accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with Paid Social and Creative teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
Reporting and Insights
- Pull and organize weekly performance data across Paid, Email, and SMS channels
- Maintain accurate performance trackers and create clean, easy-to-read reports
- Surface insights that help the team make smarter creative and targeting decisions
Testing and Growth Support
- Track A/B tests, document results, and summarize key learnings for team recaps
- Prepare pre-read metrics for weekly growth calls with clean, reliable data
- Keep our testing database structured, updated, and ready for analysis
Process and Quality
- Follow and refine SOPs for ad uploads, data management, and reporting workflows
- Deliver recurring tasks on time with minimal rework
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency with automation or AI tools
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in DTC eCommerce (brand or agency)
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (setup, QA, troubleshooting)
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, pivots, data cleaning)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams
- Bonus: experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Applovin
