Operations Intern (U.S. Time Zone)

Location: Remote
Work Hours: 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (U.S. Shift, Non-Flexible)
Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 INR/month (Fixed + Variable)
Duration: 6 months (Potential extension based on performance and mutual agreement)
Note: Only 2025 graduates and candidates with a bachelor's degree will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews for U.S.-based clients and candidates.
• Maintain a 90%+ interview completion rate through proactive communication and follow-ups.
• Ensure candidates are fully informed about the job role and company before interviews.
• Handle primary operations related to U.S. candidate screening and interview scheduling.
• Provide secondary support with email handling and database management.
• Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts or no-shows through real-time coordination.
• Maintain clear documentation and operational updates across systems and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Only 2025 graduates and candidates with a bachelor's degree will be considered.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work non-flexible U.S. hours (9:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST).
• Prior internship or operational experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Comfort with handling communication and coordination for U.S.-based clients and candidates.
