Stipend: Up to 15,000 INR
Duration: 6 Months | Full-Time Internship
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Eligibility: Final-year students graduating in 2025.

Role Overview

As Operations Intern, you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates who have shown interest in our client’s job opportunities. Your role will focus on engaging with candidates over calls, collecting essential details, and sharing them with the team for further evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with candidates who have expressed interest in job openings via calls or WhatsApp.
• Collect and verify key details such as: Current CTC and Expected CTC, Notice Period, Current and Preferred Location, Reason for Job Change, and Role Preferences.
• Update candidate information accurately in our internal
• Ensure candidates share their updated resumes and verify that details are complete.
• Coordinate with internal team to ensure profiles move smoothly through the pipeline.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive tone in all interactions to create a great candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with candidates confidently.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
