Location: Offshore (Remote – must work EST hours)

Experience Level: 4+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience

We’re growing quickly and seeking a Recruiting Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for finding exceptional talent. This is a full-time, offshore position supporting our People Operations and Talent Acquisition team.
Overview
The Recruiting Associate will play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and screening candidates across multiple functions and geographies. This individual will manage high-volume pipelines, coordinate candidate communications, and ensure a seamless recruiting experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and fast-moving — someone who loves the challenge of filling roles efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
- Manage and track candidates through the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring accurate records and consistent communication.
- Partner with the People Operations team to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain active candidate pipelines across multiple departments and job functions.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely candidate feedback loops.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with candidates throughout the process, representing Proper’s culture and values.
- Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring managers.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on progress, bottlenecks, and hiring timelines.
Continuously refine sourcing and screening methods to improve speed and quality
Requirements
Qualifications
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and screening across multiple roles and levels.
- Trained in recruiting best practices, including behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment.
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Workable).
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using new tools and systems.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Ability to work EST hours consistently.
