Monday.com Developer/Manager

We are looking for a Monday.com Developer/Manager to join our team and optimize our project management processes. This role requires expertise in refining workflows, integrating subcontractor collaboration systems, and creating user-friendly dashboards. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

1. Optimize and Enhance Workflows:
• Refine current workflows using tools like Lucidchart (or similar software).
• Identify potential issues with integrating workflows into Monday.com and provide proactive solutions.
2. Comprehensive Workflow Management:
• Update and improve the work management system in Monday.com to cover the entire project lifecycle.
• Ensure smooth project execution by accounting for all stages and processes.
3. Facilitate Cross-Party Communication:
• Create a structured communication system within Monday.com for seamless collaboration between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other parties.
4. Subcontractor Collaboration System:
• Develop a user-friendly system for subcontractors to log updates, submit requests, and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms.
5. Dashboard Development:
• Design and implement intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, KPIs, and other vital information.
• Ensure dashboards are accessible and easy to understand for all users.
6. Team Onboarding and Training:
• Provide training sessions for team members to ensure successful platform adoption.
7. Ongoing Monitoring and Collaboration:
• Continuously monitor Monday.com usage within the organization.
• Provide insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the team for better workflows and processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in workflow optimization and Monday.com development.
• Familiarity with Lucidchart or similar diagramming tools.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Ability to design intuitive dashboards and user-friendly systems.
