We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Expert to support our organization in optimizing system functionality and implementing customized reporting solutions. This role involves hands-on collaboration with business leaders to streamline workflows, enhance financial reporting, and ensure seamless navigation through the Dynamics 365 Business Central platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules.
- Design and implement tailored reporting solutions based on operational and financial requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on system usage and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performing updates and maintenance when required.
- Document system changes, configurations, and training materials.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (minimum 2–3 years).
- Expertise in custom reporting, financial modules, and integration strategies.
- Familiarity with Power BI and SQL for reporting and data analytics.
- Knowledge of business process workflows and ERP implementation.
- Ability to diagnose system performance issues and apply corrective measures.
