MEP Drafter (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MEP Drafter to assist in creating MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP. This role requires attention to detail, strong technical drafting abilities, and an understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and detailed MEP shop drawings based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure designs meet industry standards and specifications.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit MEP for drafting and design tasks.
• Interpret architectural and engineering plans to integrate MEP systems effectively.
• Review drawings to ensure compliance with local building codes and project requirements.
• Adjust and revise drafts based on client feedback and project updates.
• Maintain organized documentation and version control for all drawings.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP (essential).
• Experience in MEP drafting (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
• Understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
