The Opportunity
This isn’t a “set it and forget it” media buying role. You’ll manage 40–60 Facebook ad accounts, blending analytical precision with creative strategy. You’ll test, refine, and optimize daily — constantly learning what drives engagement and conversions.
You’ll collaborate closely with our creative and client success teams, providing feedback on visuals, messaging, and content direction to make each campaign even stronger. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to innovate.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage, analyze, and optimize 40–60 Facebook ad accounts with a focus on daily performance improvements
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop, test, and refine ad assets and copy
- Partner with client success managers to gather content, feedback, and insights
- Track campaign results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
- Stay current on Facebook advertising trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Participate actively in team meetings, Zoom huddles, and performance reviews
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of hands-on Facebook Ads experience (mandatory)
- Bonus experience with Google Ads, YouTube, or TikTok advertising
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently (50+ simultaneously preferred)
- Strong understanding of creative testing, audience segmentation, and data analysis
- Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
- Highly organized, proactive, and methodical in optimizing processes
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Dedicated exclusively to GoPancham (no side projects or clients)
- Stable internet (50 Mbps+), modern computer (16 GB RAM+), and backup power source
