Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our Sales and Operations team in driving brand visibility and engagement across digital and local channels. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in content creation, paid advertising, and community outreach who thrives in a fast-paced, sports-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sales and Operations team to execute marketing initiatives
• Manage and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Launch and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google
• Assist with public relations efforts across local media outlets, publications, and community Facebook groups
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Support day-to-day marketing operations and coordinate with internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Proven success running paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms
• Strong content creation skills (visual and written), with an eye for brand consistency
• Familiarity with local PR outreach and community engagement strategies
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work closely with leadership and adapt to evolving priorities
