This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and implementation of intelligent manufacturing systems that leverage AI, predictive analytics, and automation. You will architect scalable enterprise solutions, drive digital transformation initiatives, and mentor technical teams to elevate engineering excellence. You will work with emerging technologies, such as autonomous systems and smart manufacturing platforms, to ensure operational excellence. This position supports a flexible work environment with the option for remote or on-site work in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Accountabilities:

  • Architect enterprise manufacturing solutions across applications, data, and infrastructure to support smart manufacturing initiatives.
  • Lead AI-driven projects for process automation, predictive maintenance, and quality control.
  • Build and manage secure, resilient data platforms for real-time analytics and insights.
  • Champion emerging technologies, including autonomous systems and smart MES platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues to strengthen technical capabilities.
  • Ensure the design and implementation of solutions align with enterprise-wide technology strategy and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT solution design and implementation, with deep expertise in SQL and .NET development.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and modern data architectures.
  • Proven understanding of AI/ML technologies, cybersecurity, and manufacturing systems.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
