Accountabilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models and systems to address complex business challenges.
• Transform data science prototypes into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Research and apply appropriate ML algorithms, frameworks, and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient data pipelines and integrate ML applications into products.
• Run experiments, perform statistical analysis, and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Monitor deployed models and iterate to continuously improve results.
• Stay current with emerging ML techniques and proactively identify opportunities to apply them.

• 2+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models in a professional setting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• At least one year of experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker).
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Experience handling large datasets and building scalable ML solutions.
• Familiarity with front-end development to support ML applications.
• Knowledge of version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
• Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying updated on ML and AI advancements.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
