Localization Solutions Architect (Remote - US)

We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Solutions Architect to design and implement AI-driven localization workflows that transform enterprise content delivery. In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales and delivery teams, translating client business needs into scalable, AI-powered solutions. You will engage with senior stakeholders, lead presales initiatives, and present compelling proposals that demonstrate the value of innovative localization strategies. Accountabilities:

·         Lead presales efforts, including RFP responses, proposals, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).

·         Translate client business requirements into technical and operational localization solutions.

·         Design, document, and present AI-powered localization workflows to enterprise clients.

·         Act as the liaison between sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure seamless handover and project execution.

·         Collaborate with internal teams to optimize localization solutions and ensure they meet business objectives.

·         Support account growth by designing solutions that demonstrate tangible value to clients.

·         Deep expertise in AI-based localization workflows, including machine translation (MT) and human-in-the-loop models.

·         Proven track record of designing enterprise solutions that drive revenue and client success.

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

·         Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.

·         Ability to work collaboratively across sales, delivery, and product teams.

·         Experience shaping complex workflows in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
