Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) to join our team in providing remote therapy to clients seeking counseling. This role is ideal for those looking to make a meaningful difference while enjoying the flexibility of per diem work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy via telehealth to clients with diverse mental health needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.

• Offer guidance, coping strategies, and therapeutic interventions tailored to the client’s needs.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions and treatment progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when necessary to ensure holistic care.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.

Qualifications:

• Active LMSW license in New York State (required).

• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• Organizational and documentation skills.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques (CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, etc.).
