Linux/ Cloud Support Engineer- Remote

This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-level Linux and cloud infrastructure support for enterprise clients, ensuring smooth operation of complex hosting environments. You will work with a modern tech stack including Linux servers, AWS, cPanel, and automation tools, delivering timely solutions and proactive monitoring. The role combines technical troubleshooting, cloud deployment, and system optimization, with a strong focus on customer support and operational excellence. You will collaborate with a global team, manage incidents, automate workflows, and contribute to documentation that enhances team efficiency. Accountabilities:

·         Provide enterprise-level support via email, helpdesk, and live chat.

·         Monitor servers, respond to incidents, and troubleshoot issues across Linux and cloud environments.

·         Deploy, automate, and maintain services, ensuring system performance and uptime.

·         Migrate applications to the cloud platform and optimize deployment pipelines.

·         Build, operate, and support AWS cloud environments and virtualized infrastructure.

·         Write and maintain documentation, playbooks, and reports on maintenance and upgrades.

·         Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, tools, and customer satisfaction.

·         Experience as a Hosting Support Specialist or similar technical support role.

·         Strong knowledge of Linux-based servers and virtualization technologies.

·         Proficiency with cPanel/WHM and experience supporting WordPress or Magento stacks (PHP, MySQL).

·         Technical awareness and ability to quickly understand and adopt new technologies.

·         Bonus Skills:

o    Scripting experience in Bash, Python, or Ansible.

o    Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
