We are seeking a creative and experienced Learning Experience Designer to develop engaging training solutions that empower users to adopt and optimize software effectively. In this role, you will design and deliver learning experiences across multiple modalities, including live virtual sessions, on-demand videos, in-product guidance, and interactive workshops. You will collaborate closely with product teams, customer-facing staff, and subject matter experts to understand learning needs across the customer journey. Your work will directly reduce customer effort, improve adoption, and accelerate time to value. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of key areas of the learning program while contributing to continuous improvement of enablement experiences in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will also measure and analyze the impact of your initiatives to ensure their effectiveness and scalability.

Accountabilities:

·         Design and develop a range of learning experiences, including live virtual training, on-demand courses, written content, and interactive materials.

·         Collaborate with product, customer-facing teams, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and tailor content to specific roles and use cases.

·         Build and maintain a library of enablement materials, ensuring they evolve with the product and customer requirements.

·         Partner with training delivery instructors to ensure smooth handover of materials and effective implementation.

·         Measure the success of learning initiatives through customer feedback, assessment data, and other performance indicators.

·         Continuously iterate and improve learning experiences using an agile approach and customer insights.

Requirements

·         3+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design, instructional design, or a related field, preferably with experience in SaaS customer enablement.

·         Strong proficiency with learning management systems (e.g., Thought Industries, Docebo) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate).

·         Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

·         Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders.

·         Applied knowledge of learning theory, instructional design principles, and adult learning psychology.

·         Skills in visual design and video editing; HTML and CSS proficiency preferred.

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
