We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Digital Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of a high-impact digital platform. This role is central to advancing innovative digital capabilities, enhancing eCommerce acquisition, and delivering best-in-class user experiences. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and optimize platform performance. You will leverage data and customer insights to shape product strategy, establish success metrics, and lead cross-functional teams through influence and strategic guidance. This position requires entrepreneurial thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Accountabilities:
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for the digital platform to maximize growth and business impact.
- Lead cross-functional teams, influencing without direct authority, to ensure alignment on strategy, priorities, and execution.
- Translate business and consumer insights into actionable requirements, data-driven decisions, and high-quality digital experiences.
- Develop business cases, assess options, and recommend implementation approaches for technical solutions and platform features.
- Establish hypotheses, KPIs, and success measures to enable rapid testing, learning, and iterative improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and collaborative decision-making to align stakeholders and communicate progress.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on best practices in product management, mentoring others and shaping organizational approaches.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products and platform development.
- Extensive digital experience across web, mobile, social, and eCommerce environments.
- Strong user empathy and expertise in user experience design principles.
- Experience working in agile environments with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with self-starter capabilities and comfort in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead collaboratively.
- Analytical and metrics-driven approach to decision-making and product prioritization.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training or in-person meetings.
