Key Responsibilities:

Edit promotional material content for global pharmaceutical clients by checking:

• Language, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Consistency of language
• Adherence to brand style and client guidelines
• Format documents in line with journal/congress requirements.
• Ensure documents comply with specified style guides (e.g., AMA Manual of Style, brand style, client guidelines).
• Consistently deliver high-quality edits that exceed client expectations.
• Contribute to team initiatives such as knowledgesharing and documentation of resources

Must-have Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience working as a medical editor for 2+ years
• Must have worked in Pharmaceutical, CORs, Medical Communication or related industries.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences or English.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work under tight timelines in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English

Advantageous to Have:

• Has TOEFL/IELTS score
• Knowledgeable on AI Tools
• Experience or knowledge of MLR/OPDP is a big plus

Employment Type: Freelance - Independent Contractor

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 9 AM to 6 PM US EST
