Customer expectations have shifted toward experiences that feel fast, personal, and effortless, and messaging is where those experiences now happen.

🎯 Purpose of the Role

We’re looking for a Junior UX Designer – Conversational AI to join our design team and help shape the future of conversational experiences. You’ll work closely with developers, and delivery leads to design intuitive, accessible, and delightful bot interfaces that users love to interact with.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s passionate about UX design, conversational interfaces, and design systems, and who’s eager to grow under the guidance of experienced mentors.

💡 What you’ll do

  • Design user flows and conversational interfaces that improve usability and engagement.
  • Create and maintain design files in Figma, contributing to our shared design system.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation and accessible experiences.
  • Support UX research and testing to validate design decisions.
  • Apply UX good practices to enhance clarity, consistency, and inclusivity.
  • Contribute to documentation and visual assets for bots and automated experiences.
  • Automate and improve workflows
  • Participate in design critiques and cross-functional meetings to learn and grow.

Requirements

  • Studies in UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience in Conversational Design,  UX or Product Design roles.
  • Understanding of design foundations: typography, color, layout, hierarchy.
  • Interest in accessibility, UX good practices, and collaboration with developers.
  • Basic understanding of conversational design principles (e.g., dialogue flow, tone, user intent).
  • Work with automation tools.
