About the job:

You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that may include other QA specialists, iOS and Android developers, a Designer, and a Scrum Master. You’ll also collaborate directly with clients, helping shape the product from the early stages.

You’ll be involved in the entire product development process - from ideation to release - ensuring the final product meets the highest quality standards.

• At least 6 months of experience in software testing (preferably mobile apps),
• Good understanding of iOS and Android platforms,
• Basic knowledge of dev tools (terminal, ADB, Postman etc.),
• Hands-on experience with mobile QA tools,
• Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test documentation,
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and defect tracking tools,
• Proactive mindset, strong communication, and problem-solving skills,
• Attention to detail and ownership of your work,
• Fluent command of written and spoken English and Polish (at least B2 level).

Extra points for:

• Knowledge of Android Studio and/or XCode,
• Experience in using error logs,
• Knowledge of Charles Proxy, Proxyman etc,.
• The understanding that changes are natural, so you can thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage different projects simultaneously. :) 

You will be:

• Collaborating with an experienced, cross-functional team - including designers, developers, QA engineers, and Scrum Master, 
• Working closely with clients, Product Owners, and Business Analysts throughout the project,
• Participating in mobile product ideation and conceptual development using an iterative, user-centered design process,
• Taking part in product design discussions and come up with testing requirements and formulate them into test plans/test cases,
• Identifying software problems, determining steps to reproduce them, and entering them into a problem-tracking database.

2. Complete the task we send to you.
3. Join a remote Interview - technical part with our QA Team and soft part with the People team. (2h.)

Salary

40 - 60 PLN/h + VAT (B2B)
5 000 - 7 000 PLN gross (UoP)
