Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers through various communication platforms.
• Assist clients with inquiries and concerns, ensuring their experience is positive and fulfilling.

• Participate in ongoing training to continually improve your customer service skills and product knowledge.

• Fluency in Italian is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
