Job Description
RemoteVA PH is hiring a highly technical IT Professional to support clients with Microsoft Admin Portals, VOIP systems, and Windows-based environments. This role demands strong hands-on experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 Admin Portals (users, licenses, security policies)
-Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot VOIP phone systems and call routing
-Support and maintain Windows systems including user accounts, remote access, and patching
-Provide Tier 1-2 support and incident resolution
-Document processes and technical procedures
Requirements
Qualifications:
-At least 3 years of experience in IT systems administration or support
-Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Admin Portals and Windows environments
-Working knowledge of VOIP systems (setup, call flow, SIP configuration, etc.)
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Strong communication and documentation skills
