We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to provide high-level technical support and ensure seamless operations for a sophisticated executive and corporate environment. In this role, you will deliver personalized, white-glove technology support across a variety of devices and platforms, including Windows, iOS, Microsoft Exchange, and Active Directory. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize IT systems, ensuring security, compliance, and efficiency. This position requires a proactive problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and professionalism. Accountabilities:
· Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network systems, resolving technical issues promptly.
· Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software, including VPNs, email systems, and security platforms.
· Manage procurement, setup, and inventory of IT hardware, software, and accessories.
· Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management across all devices and platforms.
· Support executive events and meetings by setting up and testing audio/video conferencing and other IT systems.
· Collaborate with internal IT teams and operational staff to address complex technical issues and ensure quality assurance.
· Create, maintain, and deliver technical documentation, user guides, and individual training sessions.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience supporting executive-level technology needs.
· 5+ years in internal desktop systems support, including software, hardware, and incident management.
· 3+ years of desk-side support experience, specifically for executives.
· Proficiency in Microsoft and Apple technologies, including iOS, Android, Microsoft Outlook/Exchange, Active Directory, and MDM solutions.
· Experience with Skype, Teams, McAfee, SCCM, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
· Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and operate with diplomacy, tact, and discretion in a high-pressure environment.
