This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Intern, Data & Business Operations – Remote in United States.
This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management, business operations, and event coordination within a mission-driven environment. You will contribute to operational processes that support key initiatives, including managing legal documents, financial processing, and data reporting. The role offers exposure to various systems, tools, and collaborative workflows, helping interns develop practical skills in nonprofit operations, project coordination, and stakeholder communication. Working remotely, you will support a high-performing team while participating in meaningful projects that directly impact organizational effectiveness. Accountabilities:
· Support processing and tracking of local event contracts and legal documentation.
· Enter and manage data for events, including guest lists, table assignments, and bidder information.
· Conduct weekly data quality checks across multiple systems and prepare reports to monitor progress.
· Assist with finance processing, including entering invoices, preparing agreements, and supporting internal proposals.
· Collaborate with team members to design graphics for event materials and maintain SharePoint resources.
· Create training videos and standard operating procedures to support onboarding and process education.
· Provide administrative support, including preparing printed materials, assembling thank-you cards, and supporting meetings.
Requirements
· Current senior undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Nonprofit Fundraising, Event Management, or a related field.
· Interest or experience in business operations, data management, fundraising events, or project coordination.
· Familiarity with Salesforce or other customer databases is preferred.
· Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, volunteers, and stakeholders.
· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of Canva.
· Reliable internet connection and minimum availability of 20–25 hours per week during standard business hours.
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, and remote work must be performed within the U.S.
