Interior Millwork Drafter

RemoteVA PH is seeking a highly skilled Interior Millwork Drafter to create detailed custom furniture shop drawings, conduct rendering and takeoffs, and ensure precise execution of designs. The ideal candidate will have experience in furniture drafting, millwork detailing, and technical documentation for fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed millwork and furniture shop drawings based on architectural and interior design specifications.
• Generate accurate takeoffs and material lists to aid in project estimation.
• Develop high-quality 3D renderings to visualize design concepts.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure drawings are fabrication-ready with correct dimensions, joinery details, and material specifications.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes.
• Work efficiently within deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.

• Proven experience in millwork drafting, furniture detailing, or interior architectural drafting.
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and Mozaik (or similar millwork software).
• Strong understanding of joinery, materials, and furniture construction methods.
• Experience in rendering software for design visualization.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into detailed millwork shop drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce highly accurate technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
