For 30 years we’ve been independently developing and publishing incredible video games at our multiple studios founded by Jason & Chris Kingsley, but Rebellion is more than just games. We have our own film and mo-cap studio, we create board games, publish books, and through 2000AD, publish comics and graphic novels such as the amazing Judge Dredd. Our recent acquisition of Blackshore, a leading global network, talent management and marketing agency, opens exciting opportunities for both businesses by bringing together two industry leaders who share a common vision to entertain.

Blackshore is seeking a driven Influencer Marketing Representative to help grow our influencer marketing division and support campaigns for leading gaming brands and content creators.

In this role you will work directly with influencers, brands, and agency partners to manage deals, ensure deliverables are met, and maintain client relationships. You will handle inbound brand deal opportunities, work with influencers for the fulfilment of large campaigns, and play a key role in keeping our creators and clients happy.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in remote work, is confident with client management and relationship-building, and brings creativity to working with influencers and developing content that will help brands reach audiences in authentic and engaging ways.

This is a full-time independent contractor position to be worked remotely.

In the scope of your duties you will be tasked with a variety of important responsibilities that are crucial to the success of our team and organization. Specifically, you will be expected to:

Campaign Management

• Oversee small influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring deliverables meet contract terms and brand expectations.

• Assist with the fulfilment and influencer management of larger influencer marketing campaigns, sourced and closed by our influencer marketing sales team.
• Maintain clear communication between influencers, brands, and internal teams throughout each campaign.
• Review and approve content for accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep campaigns running smoothly.

Talent & Relationship Management

• Work closely with Blackshore-managed influencers to help them fulfil brand deals and achieve strong results.

• Close inbound deals as a means of retention for Blackshore influencers, ensuring creators are satisfied within the network.

• Serve as the main point of contact for influencers regarding deliverables, deadlines, and payments.

Inbound Deals & Partnerships

• Manage a consistent flow of inbound deals from shared inboxes and communication channels.

• Evaluate incoming opportunities, negotiate terms, and confirm participation with creators.

• Work with Blackshore management to expand on and maximize large inbound opportunities.

• Develop fun and original ideas for how influencers can promote client products through their YouTube videos or other content.

Process Management

• Use project management and CRM tools like Notion and HubSpot to track campaign progress.

• Prepare and send client and talent contracts using templates.

Division Growth & Collaboration

• Support management in scaling the influencer marketing division through improved workflows and communication.

• Contribute feedback and ideas for optimizing processes and client experience.

• Stay current with influencer marketing trends, best practices, and platform policies.

Performance, Tracking and & Reporting

• Meet established targets related to deal flow, campaign completion, and satisfaction metrics.

• Provide regular updates on campaign progress, deal pipeline, and talent performance.
• Collaborate with management to analyse results and identify areas for growth.

Other Responsibilities

• Work with Blackshore’s Head of Influencer Marketing and COO to build and refine contractor’s role and responsibilities as needed.
• Otherwise perform such other Services and deliver such other Materials as Company may direct from time to time, at Company’s discretion, in connection with Contractor’s role.
