This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Incident Analyst (with P&C insurance) in the United States.

We are seeking an experienced Incident Analyst with deep expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance systems to join a dynamic IT environment. In this role, you will handle critical incident management, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure smooth resolution of operational challenges. You will collaborate with development teams, monitor system health, and implement proactive solutions to prevent recurring problems. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication to support both internal teams and end users effectively. Accountabilities:

·        Perform daily incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution, including code checks and implementing fixes or workarounds.

·        Participate in Major/Severe Incident (P1/P2) calls, providing technical expertise and timely updates.

·        Review, manage, and resolve open incidents, requests, and problems; coordinate ticket updates on a daily/weekly cadence.

·        Create and maintain Knowledge Articles to document solutions and support knowledge sharing.

·        Engage with end users to clarify issues, provide guidance, and gather inputs for resolution.

·        Execute ad hoc operational tasks, including service account management, batch validation, data script execution, and system monitoring.

·        Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes under problem management.

·        Monitor system health using Datadog and Splunk logs, proactively identifying anomalies.

·        Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to share insights and improve incident resolution processes.

Requirements

·        Minimum of 6 years of experience as a PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter Analyst.

·        Strong expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) domain.

·        Hands-on experience with GW ClaimCenter integration and GOSU scripting.

·        Proficiency in SQL Server 2012 or Oracle 11g.

·        Experience with system expansion, new development, and maintenance projects.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently on complex incidents.

·        Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·        Experience with ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter configuration areas is a plus.
