Job Description

We are seeking an energetic individual with 1-2 years of prior experience in education/teaching, onboarding, and/or customer training to join our EMEA Team as an Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for customer onboarding and new-user training for Atlas. 

The Implementation Specialist’s primary responsibility is to be the main point of contact between our customers in the MEA and Atlas during the onboarding period. You will work closely with the Solutions/Sales Consultant, Standards & Services, and Client Experience teams to orchestrate the initial setup of Atlas, ensuring it is configured for success and tailored to each customer's unique needs.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to effectively prioritize tasks, work autonomously in a remote-friendly environment, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to support the company’s broader goals.

What you’ll learn in the first 30–45 days

  1. Product knowledge, the hows and whys of using Atlas
  2. The nuts and bolts of Atlas as a SaaS business
  3. The role of implementation and why good customer experiences matter
  4. The context and workflows of international schools and how to best onboard them

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term goals with schools and leadership teams, supporting curriculum planning, development, and review. 
  • Use change management strategies to ensure the successful implementation of our software in alignment with EMEA educational values and widely adopted curriculum practices.
  • Show an in-depth knowledge of our products and their capabilities, including how they support curriculum design, instructional planning, and school processes.
  • Review and confirm product customizations to facilitate clients’ processes.
  • Collaborate with school leadership teams to set academic and operational goals, provide strategic recommendations based on EMEA curriculum frameworks, and guide schools in aligning their internal practices with our platform’s capabilities.
  • Conduct both basic and advanced training on-site and online, assessing users’ abilities and tailoring training to fit.
  • Transition the client relationship seamlessly to the School Experience Manager after the implementation period.
  • Proactively define and drive project strategies, collaborating with the Services & Support Team to ensure efficient execution and successful delivery.
  • Work across teams to contribute to Faria's overall mission, drive innovation in our products, and further our relationships with our client schools.

Requirements

  • Arabic language skills are required; other EMEA languages are beneficial
  • Ability to provide amazing customer service by anticipating our customers' needs 
  • Feel comfortable presenting in front of large and small groups of people, as well as presenting digitally
  • A problem solver who can make inferences and be creative when troubleshooting
  • Passionate and driven to succeed, always going beyond what’s expected
  • Able and willing to travel onsite or to events when needed
  • A candidate who enjoys working collaboratively but with a significant amount of personal accountability
  • An excellent communicator (clear, concise, friendly, open-minded, confident, and respectful), both verbally and in writing, and possessing the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people
  • Passionate about the field of education and committed to transforming teaching and learning by driving clear, well-structured curriculum documentation 
  • Ability to foster strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement to ensure meaningful and sustainable impact
  • Someone with 1-2 years of software implementation (preferably in the education sector) or relevant SAAS experience
