This role is central to ensuring the successful adoption of enterprise SaaS platforms by high-value clients. You will lead complex implementations, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring seamless collaboration across technical and non-technical teams. Your expertise will drive on-time, in-scope, and under-budget project delivery while enabling customers to achieve meaningful outcomes with the platform. The position requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You will contribute to process improvements, help scale operations, and play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience. This hybrid role offers exposure to strategic clients and opportunities for professional growth.
Accountabilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client implementation projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related issues, resolving conflicts efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal Engineers, Support, and Customer Success to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop, maintain, and track project timelines and status updates.
- Drive process improvements within implementation and project management practices to support operational scaling.
- Partner with implementation partners to enable and co-deliver successful deployments.
- Operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high organizational standards.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, technical program management, or management consulting in the SaaS industry.
- Proven experience in running complex technical projects, including agile sprint planning, user acceptance testing, QA, and software release management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and building relationships with C-Suite, VP, Director-level contacts, and day-to-day users.
- Skilled at escalation management and navigating difficult conversations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse technical and non-technical teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Bias toward action with a results-driven mindset and comfort in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
