Implementation Engineer - India

This role offers a unique opportunity to implement and deploy complex financial software solutions across both cloud-hosted and client environments. You will work closely with clients to understand their technical needs, customize and integrate proprietary products, and ensure stable, scalable deployments. The position involves analyzing large datasets, developing client-specific ETL processes, and troubleshooting complex pipelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, continuously improve processes, and gain experience with advanced financial data systems. This is a mid-level, remote role that encourages professional growth and problem-solving in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Accountabilities

• Engage directly with clients to understand their technical requirements and address implementation challenges.
• Analyze complex financial and trading data to identify issues, patterns, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop custom ETL processes and tailor standard products to meet individual client needs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot data pipelines, collaborating with development teams to ensure reliability.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, refining processes, tools, and integration workflows.
• Document implementation procedures and provide knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Python, including coding, testing, and data analysis (Pandas experience is a plus).
• Technical proficiency with complex systems, troubleshooting, and integration workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality work.
• Excellent English communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
