This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an ICS: Systems Integrator in the United States.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Integrator to join a high-performing global engineering team supporting advanced automated fueling systems for defense and government operations. This position involves leading the maintenance, modification, and installation of control systems worldwide to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with mission-critical standards. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, enhance system capabilities, and collaborate closely with field technicians and project managers to deliver seamless solutions. The role offers a dynamic and impactful environment where your expertise contributes directly to operational readiness and technological innovation across global networks.
Accountabilities:
- Oversee the integration, maintenance, and modification of industrial control and fueling systems worldwide.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including server stacks, HMI machines, and Wonderware InSource applications.
- Develop and deploy HMI graphic updates, write automation scripts, and perform data analysis for improved system performance.
- Monitor and maintain system integrity, resolve alarms, and conduct data backup and recovery operations.
- Provide remote and on-site support to field technicians, delivering effective troubleshooting and operator training.
- Collaborate with operations managers, report project progress, and participate in program meetings to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Support control system design, configuration, and testing according to security best practices and operational technology standards.
- Travel up to 50% to provide hands-on training and support for system implementation and maintenance.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a NACLC security background check.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 6 years of experience working with complex software systems in areas such as systems analysis, architecture, testing, and support.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA control systems.
- Strong understanding of Wonderware software, RAID server architectures, networking, and database management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse technical teams.
- Experience designing secure systems and applying cybersecurity principles to operational technology environments.
- Familiarity with Modicon PLCs, government CAC, or an active security clearance is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and effective project coordination skills.
