We are seeking Health & Beauty Experts to collaborate with a leading AI lab on building trusted, inclusive, and data-driven beauty recommendations. You’ll identify and evaluate high-quality skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance products—explaining clearly and objectively why they’re great buys across different budgets and preferences. This is a short-term, project-based opportunity with complete flexibility to set your own hours and work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate beauty products based on ingredients, formulation quality, skin tone/undertone match, and hair type or texture suitability.
• Write concise, well-structured recommendations with links, specifications, pros/cons, and clear descriptions of who each product best suits.
• Compare products across different price tiers and retailers; highlight both value-for-money and premium options.
• Assess inclusivity across tones, textures, and sensitivities while ensuring safety and avoiding any medical or therapeutic claims.
• Create structured comparisons and short buyer’s guides reflecting real-world usage scenarios.
• Review, refine, and enhance AI-suggested product lists by adding context, annotations, and factual corrections.

Ideal Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in beauty retail, salon, makeup artistry, esthetics, beauty editorial, or as a knowledgeable beauty enthusiast.
• Strong ability to evaluate products objectively and communicate insights clearly and succinctly.
• Comfort with cross-shopping across retailers and price points, including linking, comparing, and summarizing specifications.
• Inclusive and responsible approach to product evaluation and claims.
• Bonus points for: esthetician/cosmetologist license, fragrance taxonomy knowledge, or textured-hair expertise.

Compensation & Contract Terms

• $40–$70 per hour (USD), depending on expertise and quality of work.
• Weekly payments for completed work via Stripe Connect.
