Optima Lodgings, a hospitality management company representing boutique hotels and villas exclusively on the island of Naxos, is seeking a Head of Operations to oversee and optimize the company’s daily operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an organized, strategic, and hospitality-driven professional who thrives on structure, creativity, and meaningful partnerships.

Optima Lodgings provides management, sales, and digital operations for selected boutique properties on the island of Naxos.

Our mission is to elevate the island’s authentic hospitality through operational excellence, human connection, and consistent quality.

We operate fully remotely, with a small, dedicated team based across Greece.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations across all departments (Sales, Onboarding, Revenue, and Client Support).

Maintain high operational standards and consistency across all partner hotels and villas.

Supervise and mentor remote team members, ensuring smooth collaboration and accountability.

Optimize internal workflows and SOPs for efficiency and quality.

Collaborate closely with the CEO on business strategy, reporting, and goal tracking.

Build and nurture relationships with hotel partners and ensure service excellence.

Lead performance reviews, reporting, and implementation of best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–8 years of experience in hospitality operations or multi-property coordination.

Excellent understanding of boutique hotel operations and owner relations.

Proficiency in Asana, Google Workspace, PMS/RMS systems (WebHotelier, PrimalRes, etc.).

Strong organizational and communication skills in both English and Greek.

Leadership mindset, reliability, and ability to work independently within a remote structure.
