This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an HCM Implementation Specialist in the United States.

This role focuses on ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients within a Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. You will manage the full implementation lifecycle, from analyzing payroll and HR data to configuring modules, training clients, and resolving system issues. The position requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate, efficient, and timely solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, ensuring compliance with security policies, and providing expert guidance on system functionality. This is a client-facing and detail-oriented role that blends technical skills, organizational ability, and excellent communication. The position offers the opportunity to impact client success and improve HR processes on a meaningful scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of new client implementations within the HCM platform, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.
  • Analyze payroll and HR data for completeness and accuracy, identifying discrepancies and preparing conversion imports or manual adjustments.
  • Train clients on system functionality including time and attendance, payroll processing, employee self-service, and reporting tools.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of payroll processes and HCM system functionality to provide accurate guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement new service features, address system issues, and deliver high-quality client experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies while handling sensitive client information and correspondence.
  • Provide updates to leadership and stakeholders on project progress and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in HRIS, HCM, or payroll system implementation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications such as FPP or CPP are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and detailed data entry.
  • Functional knowledge of the isolved platform or similar HCM systems.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
