Graphic Designer / Web Developer

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer / Web Developer who combines strong creative skills with technical expertise in website development. This remote position involves designing compelling visuals, managing and optimizing web content, and supporting email marketing efforts to strengthen our brand and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Create high-quality designs, visuals, and UI/UX assets using Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Figma.
• Website Development & Maintenance:
• Manage and update the website on Shopify.
• Optimize on-page SEO using tools like Yoast SEO or Rank Math and monitor site health with Google Search Console.
• Email Marketing & Design: Design and implement email campaigns through Mailchimp or ConvertKit, ensuring email consistency with Litmus testing.
• Analytics & User Tracking: Use Google Tag Manager and tools like Crazy Egg or Mouseflow to monitor user activity, optimize user experiences, and inform design improvements.
• Project & File Management: Organize projects and assets using Google Drive and Notion to ensure smooth project execution and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design and web development.
• Proficient in Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Figma for design.
• Skilled in website management on Shopify, including experience with SEO tools (Yoast SEO or Rank Math) and Google Search Console.
• Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or ConvertKit and email testing through Litmus.
• Familiar with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Crazy Egg, or Mouseflow.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage files and projects in Google Drive and Notion.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
