Google & Meta Ads Specialist

Kollective is hiring a Google & Meta Ads Specialist to join our agile remote team. As a full-service digital design and marketing agency specializing in the hospitality and tourism sectors, we work with boutique hotels and resorts around the world.

This is a technical role focused on the setup, management, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining performance-driven campaigns, managing budgets, implementing tracking, and collaborating with other team members to ensure our clients' goals are met.

The role is fully remote, and we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running with confidence. It’s a great opportunity for a detail-oriented marketer who enjoys the hands-on side of campaign execution and wants to deepen their expertise in a fast-moving and supportive environment.

• Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Confident in setting up campaigns, ad groups, audiences, tracking, and budgets on both platforms.
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Meta Events Manager.
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and others.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in both Greek and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or other campaign reporting tools is a bonus.
