This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Global Mobility Program Management professional in the United States.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Mobility Program Manager to lead the execution of global mobility initiatives that enhance efficiency, consistency, and employee experience across international operations. In this role, you will oversee vendor management, drive system optimization, and ensure seamless delivery of mobility services worldwide. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions that support business growth and transformation. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with deep expertise in global mobility, strong project management skills, and a passion for creating globally unified, people-centered programs.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of global mobility programs to align with organizational objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring service excellence and compliance across tax, immigration, relocation, and digital systems.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline mobility operations, consolidate vendors, and improve cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with technical and HR teams to enhance mobility systems, automate processes, and improve data accuracy.
  • Develop and oversee budgets, ROI analysis, and project implementation plans.
  • Support change management by coordinating communication strategies, training, and stakeholder engagement across global teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement through performance reviews, feedback surveys, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Partner with global leadership to ensure alignment and adoption of new policies, systems, and transformation projects.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience managing and implementing complex global mobility or HR transformation projects.
  • Proven ability to lead geographically and culturally diverse teams effectively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience managing vendor contracts, RFP/RFI processes, and service-level agreements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management and operational transformation.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • MBA preferred but not required; fluency in English required (Japanese language a plus).
  • Familiarity with global mobility systems (such as AssignmentPro) and vendors is highly desirable.
