German Speaking Agent For Customer Service Department - Remote In Greece

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our German-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns swiftly and efficiently.

As a key member of our customer service team, your fluency in German will be essential in ensuring that we meet our clients' needs and maintain their trust. Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in German across various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding our products, services, and policies

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar field highly preferred
